Nutella Donuts
Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup veggie oil
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
Nutella
Coating:
4 tbs unsalted butter
1/3 cup sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl
2. Add wet ingredients - mix together
3. Preheat oven to 350 F and grease a mini muffin pan
4. Add enough batter on the bottom of the pan just to coat the bottom {about 1 tbs-ish}. If you'd like some donuts without Nutella, just fill them to fill 3/4 of the cup.
5. Add a little bit of Nutella on top of the batter - but not too much.
6. Put batter on top of the Nutella and fill the cups so that they're about 3/4 full. Should be able to make about 24 mini donuts.
7. Put tin in the oven and bake for about 20ish minutes - until they're a golden color
8. While you're waiting for the donuts to make, melt butter and mix cinnamon/sugar mixture. Also get a butter brush and a wire rack.
9. Once the muffins are out of the oven, let them cool for just a minute.
10. Use a spoon to scoop out the donuts {careful, they're hot}, paint a little butter on them {or you can dip them if you'd like more butter} and dip them in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Place on cooling rack or in your mouth.
