Basic Cobbler Recipe
(can be used with any fruit)
*Preheat oven to 350 F
Ingredients:
- 1 stick of butter melted at the bottom of a dish
- 2 cups of berries (of any kind) - put them on top of the butter
- then in a separate bowl mix 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup self-rising flour
Then pour the mixture on top of the berries. (I'm not that much of a fruity dessert fan {which might be difficult to believe since I love fruit and I love dessert}, but what I like to do is mix the "batter" with the berries so that it's more cakey than cobblery) I hope that makes sense.
Bake for about 45 minutes and enjoy with some vanilla ice cream.
