delicious bean, feta, and corn dip

This is the best recipe to make when you have guests coming over. You can make it hours or even a day in advance. The best part - it makes A TON. You should try it. I've eaten it as a meal at least twice.

(I don't have a photo. But you MUST believe me. This is delicious.)
Bean, Feta, Corn Dip
Ingredients:
1 can black beans
1 can shoe-peg corn (or any corn works)
1 container of 6oz feta (tomato basil feta is extra good also)
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup sugar


Directions:
1. Drain corn and beans - then rinse
2. Mix sugar, olive oil, and cider vinegar together in a bowl
3. Add other ingredients.
4. Let it marinade for a while in the fridge - then serve.
